Automate e-signatures for your Schedly bookings. Zignature sends consent forms, waivers, and contracts to attendees as soon as a meeting is booked.

What This Integration Does

When connected, Zignature works with your Schedly account to:

  • Auto-Send Documents -- Automatically send signature requests to attendees when a booking is created, ensuring documents are signed before the meeting
  • Template Mapping -- Assign Zignature document templates to specific event types so the right form goes out every time
  • Signing Status -- Track whether attendees have signed required documents directly from your booking details
  • Booking Holds -- Optionally hold meeting links or calendar confirmations until all required documents are signed
  • Real-Time Webhooks -- Receive notifications when documents are signed, declined, or viewed, with status updates on matching bookings
  • Bulk Sending -- Send the same document template to all attendees of group or round-robin bookings

How to Set Up

  1. Click Connect to start the OAuth connection
  2. Authorize Schedly to connect with your Zignature account
  3. Go to your event type settings and select which Zignature template to attach
  4. New bookings will automatically trigger signature requests to attendees
