When connected, Supportly can access your Schedly account to:

  • Lead Routing -- Route leads through Schedly Connect to the right team member based on CRM data, territory, and qualification rules
  • Booking Management -- Create, reschedule, and cancel bookings directly from Supportly conversations
  • Live Webhooks -- Receive real-time notifications when bookings are created, cancelled, or rescheduled, with automatic activity notes on matching conversations
  • Agent Sidebar -- Support agents see upcoming bookings, meeting links, and can schedule directly from the conversation view

How to Set Up
