DocuSign

Collect legally binding e-signatures with your own DocuSign account.

How it works

1. Admin setup: Go to Settings → Admin → Apps → DocuSign and enter your DocuSign Integration Key and Secret Key.
2. User connection: Each organizer connects their DocuSign account from Settings → Apps → DocuSign.
3. Event type setup: Enable DocuSign on any event type and choose a template from your DocuSign account.
4. Automatic sending: When a booking is created, an envelope is automatically sent to the attendee via DocuSign.
5. Inline signing: Attendees can sign directly on the booking confirmation page without leaving Schedly.

Setup requirements

• A DocuSign account (Developer or Production)
• A DocuSign application created at https://apps-d.docusign.com (dev) or https://apps.docusign.com (prod)
• At least one template uploaded in your DocuSign account

Configure DocuSign Connect to send signing events to:
https://app.schedly.io/api/docusign/webhook

Set format to JSON and enable: envelope-completed, envelope-declined, envelope-voided, recipient-completed
